My Story
Peter Nystrom is a healthcare advisor, investor, executive board member, and former executive who has spent his career building and scaling organizations that make a real difference in people’s lives.

As part of the leadership team at one of the nation’s largest behavioral health platforms, Peter helped grow the company to well over $100 million in annual revenue, achieving adjusted EBITDA margins in the high teens. Over nearly a decade of leadership, he guided the organization through dozens of buy side acquisitions, multi state expansion, and a landmark sale to private equity - one of the largest independent behavioral health transactions of its time.

Having lived through every stage of the founder’s journey, from early growth and operational excellence to professionalization and private equity partnership, Peter understands both the heart of a seller and the lens of an investor. His work blends operational excellence with human insight, helping organizations scale with integrity, clarity, and purpose.
